What Your Taste in Music Say About You?

What Your Taste in Music Says About You

Your musical tastes are upbeat and conventional.

You are an easy going, optimistic person.

Family and friends are very important to you.

You enjoy caring for and helping other people.

You thrive in a tranquil environment, and you do your best to keep things peaceful.

You enjoy your life. You have your priorities straight.

Smile! ^_^

Smiling is infectious,
you catch it like the flu,
when someone smiled at me today,
I started smiling too!

I passed around the corner,
and someone saw my grin,
and when he smiled I realized,
I'd passed it on to him!

I thought about that smile,
then I realized it's worth.
A single smile, just like mine,
could travel 'round the world.

So if you feel a smile begin,
don't leave it undetected.
Let's start an epidemic quick,
and get the world infected!

** got it from a friend in my email today... God bless to you dear friend! Smile! *hugz*

Golden Fortune in Benavides

After exactly a year, me and 3 of my friends met up together! =) And our favorite thing to do when we're together is to eat out!!! This time we chose to try Golden Fortune tea house in Benavides St. This shop had be closed for renovation for a long time and just recently opened for business again.

I remembered before i closed, I had lunch there with my family and my mom loved the food so I personally suggested to my friends to go there and eat. But to my disappointment, it's not as good as before anymore... =(

Their menu consists of different categories like roast, soup, noodles, seafood, chicken, pork, beef, vegetables, dimsum, drinks, etc. What I noticed is that they don't have some of the most popular dishes you usually find in Chinese Restaurants like spinach soup, hot pot dishes, etc...

I'll just talk about how the food is and not the price since I didn't pay so I didn't notice. XD

We ordered:
For appetizer:
Siomai - average
Shark's fin dimsum - not good
Radish cake - this one is good, the sauce is unnecessary

Main dish:
Yang Chow fried rice - not bad but not exceptional too
Beef with Broccoli flowers - I like it because their beef is not rubbery like the others
Fish Fillet with Tofu in Tausi Sauce - This one is not in the menu. It's good if only their fillet doesn't have fish bones in them... =S
Japanese Udon with Seafoods - common noodle dish, nothing special

Over all, the food is edible so I won't really complain. It's too ordinary for any special occasion though.

Service is good. I'll give credit to the waiters, they're all very nice and accommodating.

Ambiance is fair. The place is clean but nothing special.

Rating: 7/10
