Kimbap - Korean Sushi
I've been making Kimbap since I bought a sushi mat from the supermarket last year but this time, I think I've finally made the tastiest batch. =)
I made two kinds of Kimbap, tuna kimbap and ham kimbap. I think the one with ham is the common one in Korea but I didn't use Korean ham though, I used spam which made my kimbap tastier. ^^

My take on Japchae
I again tried my hand on Korean cooking, this time it's Japchae. It's cellophane noodles with vegetables. Here in the Philippines, we call it sotanghon, lol! XD The difference is we cook everything together while the Korean way is to cook the ingredients separately and mix them all together by hand.
It's not as good as the original because I made mine too sweet. At least I know now to lessen the sugar because Korean cooking is just way too sweet for my family. ^^

Korean Cooking ^^
I've been trying to do some Korean cooking and these are some that I tried... =)
Cheese Ramyun - just the ordinary Korean ramyun from the package then added cheese on top... lessens the spiciness and double the yumminess. ^_^
Ddeokggochi (spicy rice cakes in skewers) - I made this less spicy since the Korean taste is a bit too much for my family. Yummy! =)
Fried Fish Cakes in Soy Sauce - this one is not spicy at all. A nice side dish for every meal. ^^
I've also tried Ddeokbokki and Dak Galbi but wasn't able to get pictures of them. They were too spicy for us that my mom tried fixing it resulting to a totally different dish all together, LOL! XD
I'm not really a very good cook, I just followed the recipe from youtube. ^^
