I woke up just in time to cook lunch today and I cooked Yangnyeom Dak. It's Korean style fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce. Chinese style sweet and sour dish usually uses pork or fish fillet but this time, it's chicken. Fried chicken from fast foods in our country usually have gravy for sauce, but the korean fried chicken uses a sweet and sour sauce to coat their chicken.
